Terms of Use

Welcome to yorkiemommk.com, the website of Yorkie Mom MK, a small, home-based breeder of Yorkshire Terriers in the Tallahassee, Florida area. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only

The content on this website is for general information about our dogs and the Yorkshire Terrier breed. Photos show dogs we have raised and may not reflect puppies that are currently available.

Submitting your interest

Submitting the inquiry form, texting, or emailing us does not reserve, hold, or guarantee a puppy or a stud date. It simply lets us know you'd like to hear from us. Availability, pricing, and all other details are confirmed directly with Mrs. Perkins. Any puppy sale or stud service arrangement is made separately between you and Yorkie Mom MK.
